Three Zone Thermal Shock Test Chamber
Three-Zone Thermal Shock Test Chamber, also named as Temperature Shock Tester or High & Low Temperature Shock tester is used to assess the adaptability of the product to the sharp changes in ambient temperature. The identification test of equipment design and the routine test in the batch production phase are not allowed. These tests can also be used in environmental stress screening tests in some cases. Applicable to all kinds of electronic components, hardware appliances, plastic materials, automotive, medical, chemical, communications and other industries . The three-zone thermal shock test chamber is divided into three parts: High temperature zone, Low temperature zone and Sample Test zone. The product to be tested is placed in the Test zone. The temperature of the high temperature zone or the low temperature zone during the impact is automatically entered into the test zone according to the program for shock test. The product do not need to move.
