IS Shock Test Machine
The Shock Test Machine is a high-acceleration Shock Test Machine specially developed to meet the requirements of the military industry and home appliances. It adopts the drop principle. In order to increase the initial velocity, the air pressure reverse thrust or spring energy storage is adopted. By adjusting the inflation pressure, it is convenient to achieve various accelerations. For high accelerations that are difficult to achieve, the machine is equipped with a waveform amplifier.
Automatic hydraulic hoist type; used to simulate the actual shock in the real world, measure and identify product fragility levels and evaluate protective packaging for structure optimization and improvement. Support half-sine wave, terminal-peak sawtooth wave and square wave shock tests.
Features
1.Two or more guidance shafts, hydraulic hoist type. Lifting with high balance and little noise.
2. Optimized smithing or foundry table made of magnesium alloy is of high rigidity and noiseless at high frequency
3. Inner brake system generates great skid force and guarantees anti-second shock.
4.Digital controller for hoist height, with perfect repeatability.
5.Buffer base effectively reduces the shock effect for the house floor, there is no need to build special base. It's quite convenient for the installation.
